Requested settlement letters - but no one helps

My account was paid up 2 weeks ago. they keep on promising me settlement letters, but when i phone the manager is busy i need to phone back, Pringwa promised me a statement last week Wednesday which was never received, today when i phoned, Pringwa said he n ever promised, pricilla did not want to help me she told me My kind of people are ******, and she refused to help white people. Patick took my details but when i asked if he could send me a email asap, he started swearing and screaming at me, that i should stop being ****** and rude, they will do it when they want to. unfortunately for VVM, i am taking them to the news paper as well as Vodacom not even assisting their clients with *********** lawyers .
