Relatives Telephone Number remove

Why is it that you cannot find an e-mail address for queries on the website. There is a chat button, but when you try to chat nothing happens, please wait to be attended, seriously I have been waiting more than an hour. I have called this morning to remove a telephone number for an relative of mine that is on their system. They are using this number and my debt has got nothing to do with my relatives. I would like to receive an e-mail confirming the removal of this number. If they don't contact me or if they use this number again I will lodge a complain with the Debt Collectors council and I was successful the previous time I lodge a complaint against another Debt Collector, so I will not hesitate to do so again.
