<p>Please assist I have or had an account with Edcon (jet stores) in March 2014 I called in to speak to the legal department they had handed me over to and I requested for the settlement figures.<br>The figures were given to me an amount of R1460 and upon receiving funds I then went to the store ( Edgars Stores in the Joburg CBD) and paid the total amount,<br>Upon paying I called the VVM Attorneys for a settlement letter however I was advised the letter may take over 3 months but in between I made follow up calls just to check if I would be able to get it however I still have not received it.<br> <br>Last year in October I then received a statement advising I am owing an amount of R934 I called they told me the see the payment I made but I am still owing but I was told they would investigate and request for the balance to be written off I Spoke to a lady by the name of Mpho who then advised to escalate the matter to her supervisor by the name of Ashley and I have not gotten any response and any attempts of speaking to Ashley have not been very fruitful , and now I am getting a statement now in March ( a year later) stating I now owe R1059.32 I called yet again on the 23rd March 2015 spoke to Karabo he was also unable to assist and told me Maybe the figures were calculated incorrectly which now I have to pay for someone else_A|_s mistake and had the hope of removing that account and my name on ITC.<br></p> <u1:p></u1:p>
