Really bad business practices

My Edgars account has been handed over to VVM Attorneys, which I acknowledge, and I pay monthly without fail, albeit late (which was discussed with their agents on numerous occasions and requested for them to record it on some kind of central system - never done)<br> <br> I get at least 3 or 4 calls per month from different call centre agents, sometimes as late as 21:45 at night. I have resorted to blocking their numbers on my cell-phone, now I am being harassed on my work number. <br> <br> When I complain about the frequency of calls and the timing of it, I am told that if I paid my account in full I would not have to deal with them. <br> <br> They have never ever sent me anything in writing about the money owed or the arrangement made with them to pay it off. <br> <br> I think they are the rudest and most inconsiderate people south of the North Pole. If I did not pay the money I could still not excuse their ways, but I have never skipped a month, and I still get harassed
