Priscribed debt

I have been unsuccessful in getting VVM Attorneys to send me a statement of the last 3 years and to send me a copy of the summons if they were ever issued.<br> Still to date no response.<br> I would like to request that if no payment was received or if I was never summoned in the last there years then the account be closed as it will mean that the account has prescribed and I am still not in a good financial position to commit to paying for it. <br> <br> no response or promise to send me a statement by VVM attorneys on this account.
