Poor manner of handling settlements - VVM

I took a settlement offer on my RCS account and was settled in January but yet I still get harassed almost daily that I owe you money. All the agents who call seem to fail reading the notes...one even asked me "which notes". Apparently the settlement department disputes the fact and keep referring this to the call centre to phone me. I was promised a paid up letter in January already but here I am still waiting and explaining tirelessly.

I will be referring this to the Ombuds cause why do you even offer settlement offers if you are not going to keep your end of the bargain.
