Poor Customer Service

My Jet account was in arrears as I had some financial problems, the account was then handed over to VVM Attorneys. Consultants from VVM Attorneys constantly called me to settle off my account. I took up a settlement offer with VVM attorneys and they debited my account for the settlement amount on the 24/01/2015. To date I have not received my settlement letter from them. I have being called VVM Attorneys for my settlement letter every 02nd day from the 24/01/2015 to date and I still have not received the letter. I spoke to the consultant named Polite each time and his manager named Tebogo. This is not acceptable. Its utter ********. VVM Attorneys sucks big time. VVM attorneys does not know how to do business and surely they do not know how to treat their customers. they are rude and arrogant idiots. Edcon should rather take their business away
