Payment still not allocated after 3 weeks, PATHETIC COLLECTIONS FIRM

I received a message from you guys to settle the Edgars account. A consultant called me and advised that I should send an email once the payment is made and he will send me a paid up letter. I have made the payment, send the POP 100 times and 3 weeks later you have still not allocated the payment and I have still not received my paid up letter. What is wrong with you people? These things get allocated immediately. You are seriously pathetic!!!
