Pathetic Service

This is a very ****ed up company, I paid up my Truworths account over a week now and they can't give me. A piad up letter saying I should wait for 7-21 days????? All other business issues me within a space of 3 days, such debt collectors enjoy ruining peoples credit health and messing up their name on bureaus.. I want my paid up letter today.. I don't owe anyone anything...Do Right by ur clients
