paid up letter drama

<br> I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Game & their debt collecting agents VVM Attorneys.<br> I was unemployed for a long time, as a result I was unable to make payments to my account. I was hassled by debt collectors through out that period. I am trying to get a job and I paid off all my debt.I owed them R 3959.15 or so, which I have paid off . After which I requested a paid up letter with VVM Attorneys on each time I was told different stories by each consultant. I then called again to follow up on this and one of their agents told me that I can get paid up letter from any Game branch. I went to a branch in Rosebank and I was told that they cannot do that for me as the letter has to come from VVM Attorneys since my account was handed over. Now at this point I am beyond ****** off because these people are sending me from pillar to post for this letter confirming the settlement of my account. <br> Their service is appalling.<br> <br> Why is it a difficult process for me to get
