Paid up letter and capitec to update my ITC immediately

My capitec was handed over to VVM and I have paid the amount that was said I must pay. Now they say I must wait for 21 days for me to get the paid up letter and I need it urgently.... They say they will only send ealier if capitec tells them so. I need the matter to be resolved immediately.
