Paid up letter

I called for settlement letter and they were so quick to send it to me , but no one told me it will take 21 days for them to issue the paid up letter up until i spoke to Bonga after i have settle an amount of R 112000. Even when i explained that i need the letter for an Job offer that i have got with an bank institution off which that just need a letter to prove that i have settle the account , no one was willing to assist me . i might loose this offer course they can not wait for 21 days . I'm so hurt and disappointed by the services i have received with VVM . IF i knew i was not going o compromise so much to settle this account .
