Paid Up Letter

I lost my job in Nov 2013 and I could not settle my Capfin account. I settled my account on the 27th of May the discounted amount of R2152. I was told that my account will be closed by VVM Agent. I called them myself and confirm the balance and pay it in full same day but they told me I must speak to Capfin for my settlement letter,Capfin said VVM will issue a paid up letter to me but still nothing. Whoever is responsible to issue my paid up letter can please send me my settlement letter please
