Paid up letter

I've been waiting for over a month for a paid up letter to be sent to me. I was dealing with Meagan who initially assisted me well. I made the payment as arranged sent an email to her then TL Nqobile. I requested a letter confirming that the Edcon account is settled she neva sent it. Then I called vvm again and spoke to Tumi Modise, I asked for the letter again. He adv that he cudnt give me a specific turnaround time for the letter as he was sure how long it will take. The listing is still not off ITC and as per the law once an account is paid its must be removed off ITC within 21 days. <br> <br> Can I get my letter emailed to me please
