Paid up letter

I bought a fone vodacom online then they sent the fone via courier and they did not deduct money for 6 months and after is when vvm attorneys started calling and deducting my money every month now I settled the account on the fifth of feb stil now when I cal them about the paid up letter they are not helping me and I think the Vvm attorneys are ****** and not working professional
