Paid off letter took too long and credit bureaus not updated

Paid off my RCS/ Game account on August 7th and they sent me a paid letter on October 10th.

Credit bureaus still not updated. Their paid up letter even states that they not responsible for updating them but the company who provided you with credit is.

How nice...if you make your money this way...then you should absolutely care whether or not the bureaus are updated!

When you are overdue, companies harass you to get money, yet it takes such a long time to clear your name when you pay them off.
