Outrageous attitude in call center of VVM

Rudest people I have ever dealt with! I was cooperating with the person who called me, because I honestly forgot to pay my TV license. When I received a second call a few days later the women on the other side of the phone was being completely out of line. To then hang up on me after I asked question is ridiculous.
