Not paying my money back

<p>I accidently paid an amount of R833 into VVM absa account when i wanted to pay another benificiary of mine. I then phoned them asking them to please just pay my money back but its now been 3 days and they still didnt do anything. This i consider *****ing! I spoke to a lady called angeline at vmm asking me to send the proof of payment, a statement and my copy ID i did this and then she said they cant help me. But why cant they help me they are *****ing my money!!!! I then phoned accounts 3 times and the lady kept on telling me she will sort it out and let me know the same day its now 16:20 and this was this morning and still no response. If VVM dont pay me my money back i am going to the police and bring the police to their doorstep and i am not even kidding with a lawyer. Its a simple pay back why is this an issue?</p>
