NO Response

My Mobicred account was handed over to VVM a few years ago. In January 2023 I received a Statement from Mobicred saying I owe $$$, at the end of January 2023 I paid the full outstanding amount. Thinking gr8 I'm done with one of my accounts, So no payment by my recollection was needed end February, VVM then sent me an sms saying I still owe R1700 and sum odd, I phoned mobicred they said to phone VVM because it is not shown by them. I have phoned VVM numerous amount of times for a statement that shows why I still owe this amount, I have not received anything except sms's saying I should pay, Every time I phone it's a story they will send it or they just keep me on the line without saying anything, I can hear the people talking and the person holding the phone breathing but they don't respond.
