No response after account in credit

Payment arrangement was made. I stipulated NOT to phone me only if the money is not reflecting. But yet I was harassed way before payment was due.

I went to check on my file on the portal and saw that I actually overpaid them. Now I'm turning the tables on them with harassment. They do NOT respond to ANY emails.

I will be contacting my Attorney regarding this.
