No paid up letters provided

I've settled my capitec account account with vvm Attorneys in August 2020 and asked for paid up letters but till today I haven't received them .this still affects my credit scoring negatively. I've called again on 23 March 2021 and was promised to get it within 15 working days but till today I have received nothing
