No feedback from person in charge of Queries

i called in for a paid up letter, which i requested 6 times and all the consultants failed to log. I was told by a staff member to ask for the queries managers to get my problem resolved.<br> I have been waiting 2 months for this letter. When these hound dogs want their money, they will call you every day to remind you of your payment BUT when the money has been paid, No one gives a flying damn. The queries manager didn't't have the decency to contact me to hear my story. They are useless and you should get things in writing as i asked them numerous times how long they would take to give me the paid up letter but they ****!<br> <br> Up to date, no response from them.
