No Communication

I had an Capitec account that was handed over to VVM. They contacted me in March and asked for settlement amount which I paid in full. I had never received an acknowledgement of the payment. Whenever I call them they always promise that someone from accounts will contact me. Till today no one from this company has contacted me and nothing has been updated with Capitec as promised when the settlement arrangement was made. All I get is weekly sms for me to pay more money.
