NO CALL RETURNED / NO INFORMATION SUPP****

The company is a debt collecting company for for Vodacom. I contracted the call centre to enquire regarding a case on behalf of a third party. After much discussion, they acknowledged that they are collecting an amount for which they have not supp**** any information to the person from whom they are collecting. Vodacom refuse to confirm proof of the amounts outstanding as it has been handed over and Van der Venter, Mojapelo are supposed to give the necessary proof. Van der Venter promised to call me with the relevant information. Still waiting. When I called them, the people are unavailable.
