No assistance from VVM debt collectors on ********** account

After being harassed by VVM on debt collecting that I am not responsible for as it was a ********** Cell C account opened in my name. I have sent them all the information and more than 10 emails trying to contact Cell C and the police affidavit with no response or assistance, just to that they haven't actioned anything and this account is still affecting my credit score badly. I am beyond unhappy!
