MY ACCOUNT DOES NOT GO DOWN

I am indebted to Direct Axes and am in arrears with my payments and they have instructed VVM attorneys to collect from me but Direct Axes have given me an account number of FNB to make my monthly payments to it. Surprisingly i make a payment of R500-00 every month by EFT despite me making payments VVM always phones me and sends SMS saying that i do not make payments and they always tells me that my account is up and my expectations is that because i make monthly payments my account will go down but no it does not.<br> <br> I remember last year they told me that i am in arrears in the amount of nine thousand and some rands but still now they say i am in arrears in the same amount. I needed assistant from the Ombudsman for them to liaise with VVM attorneys and Direct Axes and look into my account because i do not receive any statement showing how much i have paid to date and how much i am in arrears with so that i can manage my account/payments accordingly.
