MTN handed me over while paying

<p>I was out of a job and was unable to pay my account in full, I sent emails to mtn stating so but no one got back to me for many months, when they finally did i made arrangements and paid what I could. Next thing i new vvm attorney was calling me.......why? as my contract was with mtn and i was paying. I told vvm this and they asked me to send statements which i did, I went to the mtn store in brooklyn to find out if they could help me and she had a look and said she cannot help me i should contact vvm. she even stated that she can see that i have paid what i could. I sent statements to vvm and have got no feedback. i am still waiting. I can not move forward and do anything on my name as I am waiting for these people. I have sent mtn emails( legal department) they sent me a statement i do not understand. It stated in the email that I would be called for clarity but up to today i am still waiting....................................</p>
