So apparently my Mobicred account was handed over to these ***********, rude, arrogant and blatantly disrespectful bunch of ******* without me knowing and despite it being under debt review, additionally never heard of them having my account.

They will send you "DISCOUNT OFFERS" to entice you and bait you in calling them, only to discover that their discount offer is R4000 more than what is actually owed on the account - How funny and strange is that. Best yet their disccount offer is only R500.

When questioning them as to how they get this value, they get rude, abrupt and arrogant and fall back to their script in saying it's legal fees etc, which is also strange as you apparently only have the account for less than 30 days.

Their intention is unduly clear - they try to de***** consumers. *****ing a consumers money, blindly by trying to duping them into this apparently gold discount offer.

Their management team isn't available to take your call, never returns your calls either which proves beyond reasonable doubt that their intention is to absolutely de***** you.

Given their inability to communicate effectively and efficiently I've proceeded to open a case of theft under false pretences and *****.
