MADE A PAYMENT AND I'M STILL BEEN HARRASSED

Phoned VVM attorneys on the 27/07/2015, asked for a statement to be e-mailed to me so I can make the full payment, phoned again on the 28/07/2015 and still did not receive a statement. Phoned again on the 30/07/2015 and still no statement received, asked for the total amount owing and made the payment. It was noted on the system that payment has been made. Today the 31/07/2015 I have received in total 5 sms, 3 phone calls threatening to list me on the credit bureau even after I made a payment yesterday! Phoned call centre twice to inform them that the payment has been paid and both times I have been treated with such disrespect, these people have no training in the call centre!! No customer service, nothing! Hope Truworths start using a different company as these people are pathetic!
