Its been 1 year 2 months I have been waiting for a paid up letter from VVM for my Vodacom account every time I call they tell me the paid up letter was sent to the wrong email address I give them the CORRECT email address they promise to send it within 48 hours to date I still have not received my paid up letter. I am starting to believe this debt collecting business is full of ****** this people are useless.
