Kzn branch to the dogs due to a bent ruler

<p>Working At A Call Centre Is The Worst Possible Job Ever...namely VVM! With ***** being the ruler of KZN</p> <p>It is the most soul destroying job I have ever had...</p> <p><br />Sitting on the phone for ten hours a day sounds like a dream come true for most but, as anyone who has ever worked in a call centre will know, there is very little joy to be found in the job mainly due to the inconsiderate management team...not team leaders but more the call centre managers to say the least, the poor Team leaders get deaths the same way we do, their suggestions go in the trash and are poorly respected, I will never have that "want" to be a Team Leader ever! My will is to get outta this hell hole!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Breaks are monitored on a computer system so you need to put what kind of break you are going on when you leave your computer. (Management monitors how long u take a ****)</p> <p>Always getting called out if you go as little as a second over on your break, called in office "Come....sign your warning" that CCM is dang ruthless!!! She sits there all day deciding who gets what! No compassion! You were one minute late because your grandma just died? Sorry, you're ass is canned.</p> <p>Working in a centre is 1 stressful job as it is...hell we can't even chew on some sweets to dampen our sore throats without her snatching it for herself!</p> <p><br />I've worked in a total of four call centers now and I'm about to jump out of the 3rd story window every single day I come in....<br />In fact, even before I make it into work, I'm always secretly hoping that I'll get into a car accident just so I can call in. Nothing fatal, of course; I don't really want to die. But just enough so that I will have an excuse to stay home. These sick, sadistic thoughts don't ever stop, either. Sometimes, when I'm getting out of the elevator, I fantasize about it dropping while I'm in between the doors, thus crushing my body and ****ing me. Other times, I consider wrapping my headset cord around my neck, tossing it onto a ceiling beam and hanging myself. Sick stuff, huh? You'll get there, too. Everything happens with time.</p> <p>The working conditions is putrid, there's no water dispensers on floor and at times there are no toilet paper provided for days and days. So unhygienic and poor healthwise</p> <p>VVM is in the business of hiring and firing. They enjoy throwing their weight around and using the employees as slaves...there is no fun activities because they always complaining about online time ...damn! Cut us some slcak will ya'?!</p> <p>They pick on the 6000 salary every chance they get and this is a reason to our monies not lasting, they curse it before we see it</p> <p>That call center you're about to be hired at is in need of new cattle. And that's exactly what you'll end up feeling like. A ***. Not only because there are so many people corralled into a cube-farm, but also because you'll blimp up to the size and weight of a *** in no time. Think about it, you're chained to a computer and a desk for eight to ten hours a day. I say "chained" because I can't think of any other way to put it. Your head is chained to a headset that is chained to a hard-phone that is chained to a computer system that is chained to a cubicle. You're essentially a dog on a leash. But instead of being able to walk around and enjoy your day like a dog, you're stuck in one spot and suddenly you're leading an insanely sedentary lifestyle.</p> <p>The KZN CCM needs to change her ways ASAP before she gets this centre shut down</p> <p>She should stop her snorty ways and be a little more passionate alil once in a while</p> <p>JHB trusted her to do well here however she is ****ing us softly , we give you what you want even though you give us massive targets which even you know is impossible to achieve! Why not be there for us for once! Stop being a follower and start leading for a change!!! Stop dictating and start doing! Save the centre before you sink us all!</p> <p>There is no need to stuff us up with warnings to teach us a lesson, stop breaking our spirits...we want a time to be proud of where we work and what we do, we want to embrace VVM, but you need to make a serious call on yourself Miss!!! We are human too so quit being selfish and ruthless</p>
