Its perfectly fine to harras your clients

I have completed the payment arrangement as emailed to me in november 2017. Last payment was end of Jan 2018. Now im told there is still an amount outstanding? Bull!! I demand a breakdown in writing of where this amount comes from! Also even though I had been paying as I promised to I gt repeated phone calls and sms's demanding payment. VVM IS USELESS!!
