<p>I've been receiving threatening SMSes from these unpleasant characters despite my proving that my account has been paid. In addition since they started SMSing me, I've had tons of spam calls to my phone, so I suspect that they have shared my contact details, which is *******. Their inefficient and unprofessional behaviour reflects very poorly on the City of Johannesburg.</p>
