Incorrect details - unreachable to correct

I have been receiving a weekly sms on my mobile number stating that i owe money on an account which is not mine. on numerous occasions i have tried making contact with VVM to correct this but i only get as far as the welcome message because their telephone system cuts me off. Please can someone from VVM contact me so that i can have this resolved because i dont want these sms's coming to me if they arent intended for me.<br> <br> For reasons of privacy i will disclose the reference number when i am contacted by a representative from VVM
