Inconsiderate and disloyal

I was in arrears with my shoe city account and I settle 2 payments in one month in order for me to clear my credit report but still up till today they can't give me a valid as to when my payments will reflect on their system..when I was in arrears they called me constantly and now that I paid my account in full with all the interests they can hardly help clearing my name or even help me with my paid up letter..they told me it takes 72hours for my payments to reflect..I don't understand why they're placing people in such difficult positions when the world is already cruel out there
