VVM serves to prey on unsuspecting customers and uses bullish tactics whilst doing so.<br> <br> More than a year ago I was contacted by VVM as owing a balance to Homechoice which turned out to be a ********** transaction booked in my name which I resolved with them.<br> <br> But now VVM is still contacting in respect of this claiming I am liable for the delivery on the goods bought **********y in my name. If I am not liable for the goods, I struggle to understand how I am liable for the delivery thereof. <br> This is what, I told the call centre agent who was supposed to rectify this. But VVM continues to send smses threatening me with blacklisting. <br> Given that, I received no help from the call centre I sent an email explaining the above issue to VVM queries department [Email Removed] but still to date VVM continues to send me threatening smses.<br> <br> In the email I sent to VVM I had stated if they persist I will log this matter on Hellopeter as I have.
