*********** debt collectors

VVM send me the four emails for my Identity account Discount then I paid it last year September and now I receive the calls from Dmc debt collector saying I'm still owing and when I contact VVM I don't get assistance they tell me that they have closed the account and it's no longer with them. When I ask about the discount email if it **** or what they are not responding even their manager. Please help I want to know if the email was legit or not.
