*********** and uneducated staff - harrseement and bullying

VVM attorneys have been harrassing me for years now. I have an arrangement to pay my edgars account with them. I have not done this since July 2017 as I have not had the money. I have not heard from them in 3 months. I have subsequently lost my job so definitely cannot pay them. They send me sms but never call and leave a message with a contactable number. They call from a 031 number and then do not speak. I had an incident this morning where this happened. On the second call about 20 mins later I answered and the girl I spoke to asked if I was Miss Kim Kotze to which I rep**** yes. I then asked her how I could help her. She then asked me the same question. I rep**** that I was Kim. I then proceeded to tell her that I do not have a job and cannot pay them. She proceeded to tell me that I must not speak to her like that as I said I have never before said I do not have a job. She would not give me a chance to speak. I slammed the phone down on her as I cannot deal with imcompetent, uneducated people who do not know how to speak English or hold a decent conversation. She could not even pronounce my name. I tried calling the number she had called me from as I wanted to speak to a manager but when you try calling the number it tells you the number does not exist. Funny how there are no email addresses for them, the numbers they call from do not exist and if you try and go onto their website to log into their portal it does not work!! VVM can f...... off in no uncertain terms. They have bought Edgars' books over and are using bullying tactics and harrassment to get money out of people. This debt has been written off by Edgars. I will not deal with them and will not pay them another cent. They can sue me. VVM refrain from calling me and harrassing me.
