*********** and downright rude!!

I keep getting phonecalls and sms messages for debts incurred by a certain Mr Adonis Fortuin. I am NOT Mr Adonis Fortuin, I DO NOT KNOW Mr Adonis Fortuin and my cell phone number has been in my name for at least 12 years. I have tried telling the agent when they call that Mr Adonis Fortuin does not have this cell number but still the calls persist. Today i called in and tried to speak to an agent, but when I asked her to remove my cell number from Mr Adonis Fortuin's record she promptly put the phone down. Why do we have to deal with such incompetence and rudeness. And they have the cheek to say that the call is being recorded, I wonder why. Useless!!!
