I have called several times asking for a settlement letter after making a debit order arrangement to settle my account.

The amount was not debited and a settlement letter was not received. I made an EFT payment and sent the proof of payment vis whatsapp as I was given the banking details via WhatsApp. It has been a week of trying to ask them to allocate my payment and they say payments takes a long time to get updated
