i have requested my paid up letter from Capitec

I have requested a paid up letter from VVM Attorneys which are the Attorneys for Capitec Bank ,they have send me from pillar to post up until now I haven't received my paid up letter .when I call vvm they told me to contact CapitecBank when I call capitec Bank they told me to contact VVM .So am really confused because I need this letter in order for me to update my status on ITC because I don't owe them anymore .<br> <br> regards <br> Mildred
