Horrible service from VVM Debt Collectors

This company lacks professionalism, their call centre representatives are rude! They have been harrassing me for months regarding somebody else's debt and I've asked that they stop but they don't. Surely this is also breach of personal information. I'm even able to access this person's personal information and statement
