Highly unprofessional service

My account was paid up in full as from May 2015. Numerous calls, mails and evidence was send to them numerous times, without response. I spoke again to someone and they confirmed it was actually paid in full and they will sort this matter out. He would send me the paperwork. I still didn't received any paperwork as to date. I still get unprofessional calls and sms'se . The lady how called me today could not even pronounced my surname. They are unprofessional and ***********. They cost me lots of money for phone calls, time and e-mails. All the mails and evidence send to them is on file. I really hope I would never in my life have anything else to do with them. They better correct my information and solve this matter with SABC TV licensees.<br> They promise but they don't step up to their promises.
