VVM Ref ***1 Settled 16 Aug - Not Sent to LendPlus - Credit Record Affected
VVM Ref ***1 settled on 16 Aug 2026 via EFT. Your portal shows Balance R0.00 Inactive which proves payment received and allocated.
But 8 days later LendPlus Loan 862791 still shows Overdue on my credit profile. No settlement file sent to LendPlus, no paid-up letter issued, no bureau update.
Live Chat and Telegram have gone mute after formal complaint.
Please urgently: 1. Submit settlement confirmation to LendPlus 2. Submit PAID UP update to all credit bureaus (TransUnion, Experian, XDS, Compuscan) with paid date 16 Aug 2026 3. Issue paid-up letter dated 16 Aug 2026
This delay is damaging my credit record.
