Has VVM resorted to harassment?

I am super annoyed by the constant phone calls for people I do not know and / or have no association with their accounts. VVM continues to phone me and when asked to update their systems, they give me false promises and continue to bug me with phone calls for no reason. They also phone after hours and on Sundays. I wonder if they even have the correct debt information and records for these people that they keep incorrectly phoning me for. VVM should update their records and stop harassing people unnecessarily.
