Harrassment and violation of human rights

This company constantly calls me for prescribed debt . They try to now claim that I acknowledged debt after the prescribed period. I have asked them to have my name removed of their system and remove this account of my Experian report as an active account for capitec! They have harrassed me and I have in in writing the defamation of character. I will have decided to pursue with my attorney to investigate this company and there ***** . They dont even have documents in place for there supposed client that they are claiming for . There dates dont even correspond.
