Harrassment

<p>VVM has been calling and sms'ing myself and my husband for almost 5 months already.</p> <p>We both have sent them proof that the medical aid has paid our Radiological Account at Clinton Clinic four times now already to different people that called us from VVM's call centre.</p> <p>We also called the Radiologist regarding the account that VVM claims to be outstanding. They said that it has been paid in Ocotober 2016 and they never handed us over to VVM for payment as MotorHealth has paid the account in full. I have spoken to VVM numerous times I even said that I am gong to take legal actions because they are harrassing me and my husband for an account that has been settled months ago. They keep apologising and requesting that I send the proof of payment. I am so tired of the calls and sms'es, I do not have private time in my working hours to eep explaining that the account is not in arrears and never was.</p>
