Harrassment

<p>I am being constantly harassed by VVM Debt Collectors. Firstly they will not allow me to speak to any manager, they want me to verify my ID number which I refuse as it is my right not to disclose my personal information. I went as far as asking the consultant to give me his ID number which he refused, so again, why must I. Your consultants have no legal training clearly as most of the questions I have asked cannot be answered and the word "prescribed" is not known to them. They are stating that I owe money for outstanding debt. When asked for statements, proof of the debt and an original signed contract for this alleged debt they cannot provide me with this. I have been threatened with legal action and black listings and constant phone calls by rude uncooperative people. I get told that I have been spoken to and I requested them to call me back on days I wasnt even available to speak to anyone, so please explain who I told this to. So once again I am putting this in writing, I demand to see proof of the debt: original contract, proof of the date of default, the handover amount and a breakdown of all the costs that you alleged I owe. Failing this I demand that you close your file, should you not I will be lodging complaints to the Council of Debt Collectors as well as the law society. I am done with the ********* behaviour of this company and I will not be bul****.</p>
