Harrassmant of the first order

<p>I am the executoir of my fathers estate and was contacted some months back regarding an eskom account. I asked for the account showing the billing and the dates to determine who is responsible for the account. Well, since then I have received numerous calls, my mother who has nothing to do with the estate receives regular calls and every time they are asked for the same information. I even ask them to read me the last comments and they read them off to me, it says he needs the account and statement or something similar. This is unmitigated harassment by VVM and a stop should be put to this practice. Just provide the information that is asked for... don't harass people and try to get them to pay just to get rid of the callers!!! </p>
