Harrasment

where to begin, these people have been contacting me for the last 8 months, harassing me for sabc payment that is due. firstly sabc use to send me emails letting me know to when I need to pay (annually) where they have stop doing so. how ever sent me an email last year on bills I need to pay for 5 years I missed including a late fee, my tv was ****** 4 years ago I don't have a tv, and never knew that I needed to cancel how ever vvm has been harassing me, I have told them that I will not deal with them, if sabc want their money they can contact me directly. I have been told by a lawyer that its ******* for them to harass me due to payment. I have not had a tv for years, therefore I will not waste my time with these people.
